We collect your email address if you give it to us, and whatever you write in the feedback box. We use those to send you the daily reflection and to read your feedback. We do not sell anything to anyone, and you can be removed at any time by asking.
Only two things, and only if you hand them over:
There are no accounts, no logins, and no tracking or advertising cookies on this site. We do not run analytics that identify you personally.
The email address is used to send you the daily reflection and occasional notes about Tributary Reflections itself. Nothing else. Feedback is used to make the thing better, and to write back if you asked us to.
If you are in the UK or EU, our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submitted the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like.
We are one person and a spreadsheet, so we use a couple of ordinary services to do the actual work:
Nobody else gets your details. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share them, and there is no scenario in which we would.
Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Feedback is kept while it is still useful, and cleared out periodically after that.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, which removes you immediately and permanently. If you would rather just ask, write to hello@tributaryreflections.com and we will delete your details and confirm when it is done.
You can also ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask for a copy. Same address.
This is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we will remove them.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will change and we will say so in an email rather than quietly editing the page.
