I collect your email address if you give it to me, and whatever you write in the feedback box. I use those to let you know when there is something new and to read your feedback. I do not sell anything to anyone, and you can be removed at any time by asking.
Only two things, and only if you hand them over: your email address, if you sign up for updates, and whatever you write in the feedback box, along with your email address if you choose to include one so I can reply.
There are no accounts, no logins, and no tracking or advertising cookies on this site. I do not run analytics that identify you personally.
The email address is used to let you know when I publish something new, and nothing else. Feedback is used to make the thing better, and to write back if you asked me to.
If you are in the UK or EU, the lawful basis is your consent, given when you submitted the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like.
I am one person and a spreadsheet, so I use a couple of ordinary services to do the actual work. MailerLite stores the mailing list and sends the emails (their privacy policy). Formspree receives feedback submissions and forwards them to me (theirs). Ko-fi handles tips, if you leave one, and I never see your card details (theirs).
Nobody else gets your details. I do not sell, rent, trade, or share them, and there is no scenario in which I would.
Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Feedback is kept while it is still useful, and cleared out periodically after that.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, which removes you immediately and permanently. If you would rather just ask, write to hello@tributaryreflections.com and I will delete your details and confirm when it is done.
You can also ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask for a copy. Same address.
This is not aimed at children, and I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, write to me and I will remove them.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will change and I will say so in an email rather than quietly editing the page.
